GREAT STYLE BEGINS WITH KNOWING WHO YOU ARE

"Style is something each of us already has, all we need to do is find it." —Diane von Furstenberg

Christina Marie-Joy comes from the mindset that fashion is not about dressing nice or always being on trend. It’s about you. Your style shows your personality: it shows who you are, what you care about, and how you feel. I help my clients define their style that shows off their unique personality and spirit which instills confidence.

In order to feel full of life, let me assist to accessorize your smile. I start by getting to know you, taking time to understand your goals, lifestyle, budget, and fashion preference. I then work with you to organize your closet to fit your needs. I weed out items you no longer need, keep buildable items from your existing wardrobe, and find new items that you’ll love. I work hard to find a style that is best for you; items that match your body type, colors to enhance your natural pallet, and a price point that fits within your lifestyle.

San Francisco is where I began my fashion career, working at Saks Fifth Avenue and later Bloomingdale’s. Collaborating with different brands and designers I would style, produce, and host multiple fashion presentations every year. Memorable brands that I worked with include Oscar de la Renta, Altuzarra, Gucci, Chanel beauty, Armani beauty, Ted Baker, and David Yurman.

A Bay Area transplant, I fell in love with the energy and style that the city exudes. Over the years, I has worked with renowned stylist and designers as well as corporations and non-profit organizations. I have served as the head stylist for fashion shows with Inside Anne’s Closet, Dress for Success, and Orrick Law Firm; managed in-store events and styling for Bloomingdale’s and Saks Fifth Avenue; and styled and produced events for San Francisco Magazine and the Stanford Cancer Institute.

I started Christina Marie-Joy in 2020 during a global pandemic. In a time where there is no “normal” and everyone is busy in a new capacity. I have always known that my purpose in life is to help others. As an entrepreneur and busy mom, I understand how a little help can mean so much. I work with busy moms balancing work-from-home and motherhood to ensure their beauty shines bright. Self care is very important and I help take the stress out of taking care of yourself. I advise men and women who don’t have the time to go to a store and spend hours trying on different looks. I cater to you and work around your busy schedule. Whether your fashion goals are professional, personal, or just-for-fun, allow me to alleviate stress, guide, and educate you to your full potential.

Style is a way to say who you are without having to speak. —Rachel Zoe
